2024 Puddle Jumpers Volunteer Awards Night: A night to Shine!

Our team were very pleased to help celebrate the achievements of Mel, Bailee and all of the hardworking volunteers for another year. Feeding families and putting smiles on the faces of Children across South Australia is very special.
We congratulate all the award winners and thank every person who contributes in any way big or small to this brilliant charity. We also thank any organisation who also contributed on the evening or throughout the year. In an unexpected turn of events, Stratarama was also awarded the Corporate Champion award at this years event.

This year a team of thrill seekers plunged off of the Intercontinental Hotel to raise $6,000 for the Puddle Jumpers Charity!

Last night we were privileged to sponsor the Puddlejumpers volunteer awards night. It was brilliant! Thank you to puddle jumpers volunteers for their tireless efforts and even more so in this COVID year, Where they went from supporting 300 families at food distribution days to over 1,000.
It was a very informative evening for us at Stratarama, and we are in awe of the amazing work done by Melanie Tate and her team across all events they undertake, OP shops which they run and just generally the care they have for our communities. It is impossible not to see the impact they have on the children and families that they aim to support.
It was amazing to see Bruce Djite make a surprise appearance to thank these volunteers again and provide some inspirational words. Congratulations on putting on a brilliant event but more than that for absolutely everything you all do.
Visiting Backpacks4SAKids

This morning Stratarama took some time to buy some new clothes and take them along to Backpack 4 SA Kids for their next run of backpacks. It was a small gesture for our favourite charity. They provide these clothes and personal supplies to many children in foster care, domestic violence shelters and you homelessness shelters. Thank you for the work you do Backpacks 4 SA Kids INC. If you can spare some funds jump on their website – or if you are in a clothing sale – why not put these savings to purchasing an extra item of clothing that you can put away to help fill these vital backpacks.
