2023 Strata Community Association Awards for Excellence SCA SA/NT

The team of Stratarama once again featured heavily in the awards gala where they successfully came away with the award for SCA SA/NT

STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT MEDIUM BUSINESS.

In 2021 & 22 Stratarama were the winners of the small strata community management business award and in 2023 we stepped into the next tier by management size and were fortunate that the judges recognised us as the leading medium tier business in SA (a hotly contested category).

In South Australia, a large contingent of the Strata Community industry sits with-in the medium tier category business size. The 2023 awards Finalists in this category were well established strata businesses including Companies who had previously won this category.

In comparison, Stratarama, whilst headed by one of South Australia’s longest serving industry Managers and a team of strong individuals, was nominated in this tiered category for the first time!

CEO & Body Corporate Manager; Tony Johnson was awarded SA’s Best SENIOR STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGER for 2023. This follows his win in this category in 2022 making it back to back wins. Tony was previously awarded Best Strata Community Manager in SA three years running. It is widely accepted that Tony Johnson is South Australia’s most awarded Strata professional. Some other credits to his name include the 2017 Commitment to Professionalism & Ethics award along with multiple award winning Strata Essays. The SCA Awards are judged by leading industry professionals and respected associated professionals from Interstate. The Strata Community Association Awards are run in every state in Australia and New Zealand, recognising the best of the best in their field.

It has been a big, few years for Stratarama, who were also National Finalists in 2022 & 2023 for Small Strata Community Business of the year.

Over this year, Stratarama opened a new larger office in Glenelg East, partook in team building sessions with legendary Adelaide Crows premiership Captain Mark Bickley and expanded in every way.

2023 has been big for many reasons for this team based in the heart of Glenelg South Australia. In 2023, Stratarama became the major sponsors for SANFL team, the Glenelg Football Club. Glenelg went on to win the Reserve and League team Grandfinals. A great way to start off this Community driven connection and 10 year $650,000 sponsorship. This sponsorship included the renaming of Glenelg Oval to Stratarama Stadium

For several years Stratarama has been a sponsor as well for local charity Puddle Jumpers. For 4 years in a row, Stratarama was a sponsor for the Puddle Jumpers Volunteer awards evening, culminating in 2023 being the major headline sponsor for the event. Some of the Stratarama team also volunteered at the 2022 Puddle Jumpers Christmas Childrens party and attended their major annual gala fundraiser.

In addition Stratarama are a charitable bunch recently donating to the Triple M Adelaide “Hike for Hope”, raising funds for childhood dementia.
